The Founder Of AthleanX, Jeff Cavaliere is a Fitness Guru
Social media personality, and the founder of Athleanx.com. He served as both the Head Physical Therapist and Assistant Strength Coach for the New York Mets during the National League East Championship for 3 seasons and trained some of the game’s most noted players including future hall of fame pitchers Tom Glavine and Pedro Martinez, and perennial all-stars Carlos Delgado, Jose Reyes, and Billy Wagner.
Jeff, the founder of Athlean-X was born in Connecticut, US on June 28, 1975. Since childhood, Jeff was a huge movie fan. He grew up by watching body-building stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, and many others and wished to have a body like them. While in high school, Jeff started playing religiously baseball and soccer. Then he realized that getting physically strong will boost his performance on the field.
Since he was too skinny, he feels too embarrassed and shy to work out at the nearby gym, and then he decided to work out at his home. He slowly realizes that his workouts are getting him stronger and better at the game, He fell in love with fitness and body-building and aim to build a strong physique.
The founder Of AthleanX, Jeff completed his graduation from the University of Connecticut in 1997, with a bachelor’s degree in physioneurobiology. In the year 2000, he took his master’s degree in physical therapy from the same university.
Jeff Cavaliere the founder of AtheleanX started his career as a personal trainer and Physical therapist. In 2001, he got a Golden chance to work with the famous baseball player Mark Johnson. He started training Mark and other elite athletes for the next few years.
In 2006, the Baseball team New York Mets was looking for a new physical therapist. Mark suggested Jeff’s name. Jeff was excited to accept the offer it was a Golden opportunity for him to work with his favorite baseball team. This was something that he had always wanted to do. He was also connected with the baseball team from 2006 to 2009, in this time, he also performed as the assistant strength coach of the baseball team.
Under Jeff’s physical training, the baseball team New York Mets won the National League East Championship in 2006 and this was the time when Jeff felt the need to start his own company, He got separated ways from the New York Mets and then founded his own company AthleanX Training System. He started posting videos that he had created in 2006, on his YouTube channel.
He rapidly became a world-famous trainer and a famous social media personality, with millions of subscribers on his YouTube channel AthleanX. He also became one of the most popular fitness trainers on other social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram
Jeff Cavaliere got married in 2008. His marriage played a key role in influencing his decision of parting ways with the New York Mets. After his wedding, Jeff wanted to settle down and spend more time with his family and his friends. This reason made him step down as the New York Mets team’s physical therapist.
Jeff Cavaliere is still a big fan of the baseball team ‘New York Mets’ and he is also planning to join the team again as its head physical therapist in the future. Jeff Cavaliere is significantly active on social media.
